iOS 的测试版要经过苹果官方的 TestFlight。第一次用的人几乎都会卡在同一步，所以这里一步一步写清楚。全程免费。iOS betas are distributed through Apple's official TestFlight app. Almost everyone gets stuck at the same step the first time, so here is every step spelled out. All free.
开始之前Before you start
系统要 iOS 16 以上iOS 16 or later这是 TestFlight 自己的要求。「设置 → 通用 → 软件更新」看一眼。TestFlight itself requires it. Check Settings → General → Software Update.
要能登录 App StoreA working Apple Account下载 TestFlight 需要 Apple 账户，跟平时装 App 一样。Downloading TestFlight needs one, same as any other app.
用 Safari 打开这一页Open this page in Safari如果这页是别人在微信 / QQ 里发给你的，先点右上角「⋯」→「在 Safari 中打开」。微信里点是跳不过去的。If a friend sent this page inside WeChat or another in-app browser, tap "⋯" → "Open in Safari" first. In-app browsers cannot hand off to the App Store.
六步装好Six steps
回到本页顶部，点 iOS · TestFlight 那个按钮。Scroll back to the top of this page and tap iOS · TestFlight.
会打开一个苹果官方页面，上面写着两步。先点第一步里的 View in App Store。An official Apple page opens showing two steps. Tap View in App Store under step 1.
在 App Store 里把 TestFlight 装上（苹果出品，免费，约 20 MB）。装完先不用打开它。Install TestFlight from the App Store (made by Apple, free, about 20 MB). Don't open it yet.
回到刚才那个苹果页面，再点一次，这次点 Start Testing（开始测试）。Go back to that Apple page and tap it again — this time tap Start Testing.
自动跳进 TestFlight，点 接受，再点 安装。TestFlight opens automatically. Tap Accept, then Install.
桌面上出现「心魄」，名字旁边有个小黄点——那就是测试版。打开它，输入邀请码就全部完成了。"心魄 / HeartPulse" appears on your Home Screen with a small yellow dot next to its name — that marks a beta. Open it, enter your invite code, and you're done.
最多人卡在第 4 步。装完 TestFlight 之后打开它，里面是空的——这是正常的，心魄不会自己出现。必须回到那个链接再点一次，才会把心魄送进 TestFlight。Almost everyone gets stuck at step 4. After installing TestFlight, opening it shows an empty list — that's normal, the app does not appear on its own. You must open the link a second time to hand the beta over to TestFlight.
怎么更新Updating 出新版本时打开 TestFlight，心魄那一行会出现「更新」。也可以在 App 里「我的 → 设置 → 关于」看自己现在是第几版。When a new build ships, open TestFlight and tap Update next to HeartPulse. You can also check your current version in the app under Profile → Settings → About.
每个测试版 90 天到期Each beta expires after 90 days 到期后打开会提示重新安装——进 TestFlight 装新版即可，你的歌和心魄不会丢。When it does, just install the newer build from TestFlight — your music and your HeartPulse stay put.
装不上？对症看这里Something went wrong?
点了链接没反应，或者页面打不开Nothing happens when I tap the link 多半是在微信 / QQ / 抖音里点的。You're probably inside an in-app browser.复制链接，粘到 Safari 里再打开。Copy the link and open it in Safari.
TestFlight 装好了，但里面是空的TestFlight is installed but empty 这是最常见的一个。The most common one.回到那个链接再点一次，心魄才会被送进 TestFlight。Open the link a second time — that's what hands the beta to TestFlight.
App Store 说「需要 iOS 16.0 或更高版本」"Requires iOS 16.0 or later" TestFlight 本身要 iOS 16。先升级系统；升不上去的话这台设备暂时装不了。TestFlight itself needs iOS 16. Update your system first; if it can't go that high, this device can't run the beta.
提示「此 Beta 版已满」或链接失效"This beta is full" or the link doesn't work 名额或链接的问题，找把这个页面发给你的人要新的。A seat or link issue — ask whoever sent you this page for a fresh one.
打开心魄提示测试版已过期The app says the beta expired 超过 90 天了。打开 TestFlight 装最新一版，数据都还在。It's past 90 days. Install the newest build from TestFlight; your data is intact.

安装打开，输入邀请码。没有邀请码？它也是一个完整好用的本地播放器。Install and open the app, then enter your invite code. No code? It still works as a full local player.
去「心魄源」挑几首喜欢的歌下载——自带逐句精校歌词；也可以直接导入自己的音乐文件。Visit the Source library and download a few songs you love — each comes with carefully timed lyrics. You can also import your own music files.
按下播放。从这一刻起，你的心魄开始生长。Press play. From this moment on, your HeartPulse starts to grow.
2一切从一颗蛋开始It all starts with an egg
第一次听歌，你会得到一颗心魄蛋。继续听下去，它会慢慢孵化——破蛋的那一刻，你的心魄揭晓真身。Play your first song and you receive a HeartPulse egg. Keep listening and it slowly incubates — until the moment it hatches and reveals its true form.
孵出什么，由你听的歌的情绪决定：热烈的歌单孵出烈焰之心，安静的深夜循环孵出深海之心……共 18 种基础心魄，颜色与光效还会跟着你的音乐口味实时变化。没有两个人的心魄一模一样。What hatches depends on the mood of the music you play: a fiery playlist hatches an Ember Heart, quiet late-night loops hatch an Abyssal Heart… There are 18 base species, and their colors and glow keep shifting with your taste. No two HeartPulses are ever the same.

4觉醒：心魄的第二次生命Awakening: a second life

当心魄成长到「星河」，它将迎来一次觉醒抉择：保持原来的样子继续走向星海，或蜕变为命中注定的稀有形态——每种基础心魄都有自己的觉醒归宿。When your HeartPulse reaches Galaxy, it faces an Awakening choice: stay true to its original self on the road to the Sea of Stars, or transform into its destined rare form — every base species has its own awakening destiny.
觉醒心魄共 7 种：龙魂、炽羽、永恒、创世、赤霄、梦渊、虚空。每一种都有一段专属觉醒仪式动画，只在蜕变的那一刻播放。听歌途中，还有很小的概率与觉醒心魄不期而遇；图鉴集齐 7 种，即为圆满——甚至可以同时养育不止一只。There are 7 awakened species: Drakon, Seraph, Eterna, Genesis, Solaris, Iris, and Void. Each has its own awakening ritual animation, played only once — at the moment of transformation. While listening, you may even have a rare chance encounter with an awakened one. Collect all 7 in your gallery for completion — you can even raise more than one at a time.
5人格与勋章Personas & medals
你的听歌习惯会点亮不同的人格：深夜循环安静歌的人是「深海行者」，歌单常年热烈的是「炽燃斗士」，把一首歌听了几百遍的是「专情者」，什么都听的是「万象」……它们不用刻意解锁，是听着听着，突然被认出来的自己。The way you listen lights up personas: quiet late-night loopers become the "Deep Walker", fiery playlists forge the "Blazing Fighter", playing one song hundreds of times earns "Devoted", and omnivorous ears unlock "Panorama"… You never grind for them — one day, the app simply recognizes who you are.
还有一整面多阶勋章墙，攒出你的金属段位：青铜 → 玄铁 → 鎏金 → 银金 → 钻金。点亮的永不熄灭——勋章绝不回退，删歌、换手机（云同步）都不会失去。每个月还有一份心魄月报，回顾这个月你和音乐的故事。There is also a wall of multi-tier medals feeding your metal rank: Bronze → Dark Iron → Gilded → Silver-Gold → Diamond-Gold. What lights up never goes dark — medals never regress, and survive deleted songs or a new phone (cloud sync). Each month, a HeartPulse monthly report retells your story with music.
6共鸣：同一首歌里遇见彼此Resonance: meeting inside the same song
每一首歌都记着你们之间的亲密度：从微光共鸣，到潮汐共鸣，再到星河共鸣。Every song remembers the bond between you two: from Faint Resonance, to Tide Resonance, to Galaxy Resonance.
打开共鸣页，还能看到全世界的匿名回声：这首歌有多少人共鸣过、哪一句歌词被最多人标记、你是第几个共鸣它的人。全程匿名——看不到任何人的昵称头像，也没有人看得到你。只有「同一首歌里，原来还有别人」的那一点点暖意。Open the Resonance page to see anonymous echoes from around the world: how many people have resonated with this song, which lyric line moved the most hearts, and which number you are. Fully anonymous — no names, no avatars, no one can see you either. Just the quiet warmth of knowing someone else lives inside the same song.
